The suitability of the show for individuals with epilepsy varies by production, as some may involve strobe lighting effects while others do not. Any potential concerns will be addressed with a warning before the show begins. Will there be loud noises? If the performance includes loud noises, a warning will be issued before the show's commencement. How can I access the program? NESCol productions offer paper-free programs, with a QR code provided to access the free online program for the show. Will there be intermissions? Each show will include at least one 15-minute intermission at some point during the performance. Are cameras and recording devices allowed during the performance? The use of cameras and any other video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited during the production. Can I request ticket refunds? Unfortunately, once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to limited seating availability. Are latecomers allowed entry after the performance has started? Due to the theatre's layout, latecomers will not be permitted to enter, as it may disrupt both the show and other audience members. Can I meet the cast or attend post-show discussions? You are welcome to meet the cast after the performance, but please hold these discussions in the corridors or outside the building, as the college closes at 21:30. How do I purchase tickets for a performance? Tickets can be purchased at https://store.nescol.ac.uk/ using a debit or credit card for payment. Are there any discounts available? For our Christmas pantomime, local primary schools can purchase tickets for 50p each.
